Any recourse for DHL package not delivered?

Any recourse for DHL package not delivered?

I ordered a mint Qonquest 51 from Buyee Japan Auction and it was shipped DHL and tracking shows it was delivered but I never received the package. Is there any course of action I can take or am I just totally out of luck since its marked delivered even though I absolutely never received it?

This happened to me once with a reel also ordered from Japan although it was USPS. The shipper actually sent to the wrong address (not sure how that happened) and perhaps the same thing might have happened here? It took me a bit to figure it out but are you able to check where the package was delivered?
