Has the NRX842 been out long enough for anyone to make a good comparison to the classic GLX version? It's getting
difficult to source the classic these days and just thought I should make the leap to the NRX version this spring!
Please include similarities and differences in feel as well as rod actions and power. It will take an exceptional rod
to dethrone what is in my opinion the best all around light action bass rod ever produced as a factory rod. TIA -

Man I was about to start a thread on this rod and now there are 2 threads today asking about it 
Ill be watching these closely. I do know most Nrx rods I own are slightly softer action than their GLX counterparts. There was a good thread with some info on this rod and the 843 not long ago. Maybe it will have some of the info your looking for.
