i've bought two "the hooked up tackle" dealer rods without any issues.

just make sure your buying from an authorized dealer.
Ive bought several "rep sample" nrx rods from thehookuptackle. Great guys to deal with, great prices, fast shipping, and i always get a receipt to get my wild cards.

Nothing wrong with rep samples! My very first GLX (BCR893GLX) was a rep sample and still no problems with it to this day... back to the topic!

Congrats on the NRX! I'm sure you'll love it! I've got the 895 but haven't tested it yet hopefully in March on some stripers!
