Depends on the trailer I add but most of the time a NRX 873 CRR with little or big skinny dipper in cover or if little cover an
old style MBR843GLX with super chunk jr.

I prefer the tapers of the older mbr's over the faster tapers of the nrx's. Cover will dictate my using either the 842, 843,
or 844. I have yet to use an nrx in the mag bass tapers.............yet!

I use a IMX MBR 843 with 40lb braid, seems to work good.

The NRX 843 MBR is a sweet swim jig rod among a lot of other things!

I use my BCR GLX 802. I sold the GLX 842 a while back and missed it dearly.

Been using my NRX 843 for swim jigs, chatterbaits, spinnerbaits and buzzbaits among other things and it is fantastic for these uses. Perfect tip for casting and loading a light swim jig and enough power to throw the heavier ones. Threw some 5/16oz on my 842 and it worked fine to, just like more power in the 843.

Bingo, probably my all time favorite rod I've ever owned.
