Dobyns 796SB MT vs 806 HSB

I'm looking for the right Dobyns swimbait rod to use for glide baits up to 5 ounces, 12 inch ms slammers, 6 inch huddlestons, big flutter spoons, etc. I want a rod with a parabolic action for treble hook applications. Matt Allen recommends the 806 for glide baits because it is more parabolic then the other swimbait rods, I'm wondering if the 796 is the same way. (796 isn't available at tackle warehouse).
