Which swimbait rod??
Hey guys i have had some swimbaits for years but rarely throw them..But now im looking to start.I have a diawa heartland swimbait rod 7 6 heavy 1/2-6oz,but it can barely handle a 6inch hudd.out of these two type of rods what do u guys recommend for throwing 6-8inch hudds/bbzs/lunker punkers?

Currently have a dobyns 807 with Calcutta te. Can everything from deps 250 to 5in bullshad. I'd say get a heavy to xh and see if you can work down to smaller baits as well

I'd go with the Okuma… out of the two you've mentioned.
The GUIDE SELECT series is awesome. I had a few of the Muskie ones and they were great.

I love dobyns rods they are all I use but,Im not sure if i want to buy a rod that $250 and up
