Refusing a UPS package??

Post by MaxZmus » Sun Apr 17, 2016 11:25 pm

Hi All,

I was wondering if any of you guys could tell me if it's possible to simply refuse a package from UPS and have it returned to sender to avoid return shipping costs??

In other words I made an order but decided I don't need it but the package has already been sent.

Probably sender will have to pay return shipping.

You can probably tell them you don't want it and have it returned to sender but you'll get charged for shipping and a restocking fee. The best thing to do is take the package and see if there are return instructions included, most places do include that stuff.
