Spinning rod for skipping tubes under docks

Hey, looking for a spinning rod to skip tubes under docks. Want it to be powerful enough to pull fish out of the docks and also as sensitive as possible. I have a mh 7' cumara"red" a couple of Nrx852s, and steez 701mlfsa as well as some other ml rods. The cumara isn't all that bad but all the others sorta lack the power. Any recommendations?

The Megabass XX Ronin is an excellent choice for these techniques, and very versatile in general...

XX Ronin, great all around spinning rod. Can work well for Senkos, jerkbaits, and smaller topwaters as well.
