GREEN nrx reel seat failure!!!

For fug sakes!!!

A 893 Green NRX had the reel seat fail on us last week.

Same thing as always. Glue let go.

Sure Shimano will replace....but even our local retailers WILL NOT take the rods back....they say to deal with Shimano directly!!

My buddy is looking to trade 7 NRX's for equivalent new model GLX's.

Anyone interested?

that sucks. I still don't understand why the NRX lines are the only lines affected by the Quality control blunders.

you would think that countless E6Xs, GL2s GL3s and IMXs would all have these sorts of QC problems but it seems to be just the NRX lines. why?

i can get the 7 model numbers if someone is interested in getting some nrx's for glx's.

i think he has 3 893's, 2 873crr's, and 2 853's.

My first 2017 GLX did the same thing, the front cork pulled strait up off the reel seat...
