Guide Size - Orochi XX vs Helium 3

Does anybody have measurements on guide inserts for the Orochi XX casting rods (semi-micro?) vs Kistler Helium 3 macro guides? I'm assuming the macro guides on the Kistler are a bit bigger but I'm curious how the labels translate to actual dimensions.

Did a quick check. The XX A-Mart Flip 6.9 3.2 2.0 2.0 for the rest. The Helium 3 7-3 Hvy 4.7 3.2 2.6 for the rest.
The running guides for the H3 are bit larger.
