I had an Orochi XX (Gen 2) EMTF that needed warranty replacement. The glue on the reel seat had failed and began twisting. I began the warranty process with MBUSA, within minutes I had a response. I provided all the details and sent in my rod. Within a day of their receipt, I have a tracking number for my new rod.
