Give me a reason not to buy a Valkyrie rod

I’m impulsive and thinking about the Valkyrie rod but before I pull the trigger
I want to be sure. I’m seeing rods in that price range for half of retail and same specs
I’m on the fence leaning towards the Valkyrie
