Telescopic Rods

I like telescopic rods. I currently have a Mako Hurricane 8ft to use in piers and for catfish, had it for almost a year and as not failed me. Also have a daiwa liberty club for UL trout fishing. Any other brands that are recommended? I have yet to find one for a light or UL casting version. I see the daiwa BBB but it is a bit too much for me now. How about the kastking blackhawk ii? I keep these rods in a bag so I can easily fish during my lunch time or before work.
