Any new Tatula Elite rods at the Classic?

Post by jte54 » Fri Mar 29, 2019 7:13 am

Hey just wondering if anybody knows if there were any new Tataula elite rods at the Classic that are going to be released at ICAST? I watched this video and it sounds like Tak is gonna have a new one come out or maybe I didn't hear him correctly. Sounded like to me he's got a new 7'3" MH pitching rod coming to complement his 7'3" H. Did I hear this correctly?

cant wait. i hope its more of an extra fast rod than a fast action. i love brents 7'3" mh {its my everything rod) but id like to see it with a little more stiffer tip, to be honest

Yeah I am excited too. I have his 7'3" pitching rod and LOVE it. My favorited bottom bait rod and very versatile. I am hoping for something between Brent's rod and this one. Tak's 7'3" is great for pitching, dragging football jigs and C-rigs, but really surprises me at how awesome a Whopper Plopper rod it is.
