Has anyone fished the Destroyer Mark 48 yet? What's your opinion of it?

Yes I have and it is an excellent companion to its big brother the Onager. I've thrown umbrella rigs and a bunch of different swim baits on the Mark 48 though I haven't pushed the upper limits (5oz) yet. It handles the 6" Magdraft, 6" Bull Shad, and the 3 oz Wake Jr. very well. The rod is light, well balanced, and has the added bonus of being surprisingly crisp and sensitive. For guys looking for a quality big bait rod short of using "really" big baits, this one is an excellent option worthy of consideration.
