What's the heaviest weight you'd comfortably throw on that 7'L+? I'm doing a lot of things well with my 610ML, but missing a little bit of length for certain techniques.

I’ve thrown 5/16oz tube head plus plastic and didn’t feel over powered. Through 1/4oz jig with plastic and didn’t feel too bad! I’ve mainly thrown light stuff so unfortunately I’m not too sure. I’ve yet to feel underpowered with in my hands. I’ve been extremely pleased with power, sensitivity, and balance

I use the rod for up to 1/4 neds and 3/8 drop shot.

Just ordered the IMX-Pro 901SJR. Should be a couple of weeks. Thinking of 4000 reel for it. I was using a Fenwick Elite Tech Smallmouth 7'4" M/F but it was a tad heavy for throwing 1/16oz.
Should be a sweet rod. I'd need that length to go with a 1 power.
