I have the 2016 glx 893c. Just wondering if the nrx is much better? I've read over the years so much hype for the nrx 893.

I have had the NRX 893C for 5 years and is my favorite from that lineup. I'm not crazy about the NRX real seat as I find it somewhat uncomfortable. However I am more than willing to deal with that as the 893C has amazing sensitivity and I like the action for my intended purposes. I bought the GLX a couple years ago to have a "second 893" and in my hands its a good couple notches below the NRX 893C in sensitivity. The GLX was sold very soon after buying it.

What models are the stand out glx's

843mbr glx is very impressive rod.

I would take the NRX anyday over the GLX in the 893c, even with the recoils.
