Trying to find some info on the rod and how it compares to the NRX 852C JWR and if it’s worth getting to use for neds, neko rigs, and finesse Swimbaits?

I love mine for underspins, scroungers, and small swimbaits. Not nearly as stout as a 852nrx to me.

I have an 802c IMX-Pro. The lighter Ned Rigs might be too light, but if you use 1/8oz head plus the bait you could probably bet buy. I use my 802 mostly for bitsy bug jigs 1/4oz & 5/16, poppers, 3.5" jerkbaits, Neko rigs, and 3' swimbaits on a ball head jig.
It's a perfect action for these types of baits. The 2 power Loomis casting rods are a unique action that I use in place of my medium action spinning rods, when I want to use casting instead of spinning, which is more and more these days.
