Z Bone vs NRX
Z Bone vs NRX
I'm looking to add a med-light casting rod this winter for throwing 1/8-3/16 oz jigs; maybe 4" senkos. Picked up a couple of z-bones last year and was pretty pleased so was thinking about a custom z-bone or the NRX 802c. I picked up a 802 when they first came out and wasn't too impressed with the quality at the time so I sold it; have other NRX's that I think are great so guessing it was their learning curve. Anyone have any experience with either of these? Thanks in advance
Re: Z Bone vs NRX
I have experience with the IMX-Pro 802c. I am very impressed with that rod. Is really well balanced, sensitive, and casts really accurately, and it's beautifully made.
I think the NRX might have a different shape handle. The Fuji on the IMX-Pro is super comortable.
I've fished the 802c in E6x too, and I loved it. Great for light jigs, poppers, weightless worms.
