With a SV105 on this rod it pitches and skips a 3/8 jig so well it makes me smile every time, so that is all I've been doing with this rod so far. I usually fish paddle tails on my champion 734C.

Anybody know how this rod compares in power and sensitivity to a 8X3 GLX? Looking for a reference point for the whole Xtasy line.

Thanks. I stepped up a power and ordered the 754. After reading all of these posts I’m hoping it’ll sit somewhere between my GLX 843 and FMJ.
