REBELLION731MHRB-G just landed

Post by Johnny A » Thu May 28, 2020 2:54 pm

Shout out to the guys at Tackle Trap for taking great care. The LMB seem to stay buttoned a little bit better with fiberglass than with graphite. This rod is for shallow and mid-cranks.
Ever forward!

I’m likin’ it. Getting used to after using the Evergreen USA Combat Stick. Excellent response, not sloppy. We shall see.

I’m sorry I interrupted what you said as you were getting a pixy to follow the rod purchase.

Oh, apologies with the “pix” reference! I meant pix as in pictures! I put them out of order. The fish should have been second and the specs and reel seat first.

Thank you Johnny A!

I like the feel of that model but haven't fished it yet. I appreciate you posting up the photos and your impression of the rod. Glad to see its working out for you...

Many years more than I like to count, I used the Quantum Tour Edition 7’ fiberglass rod w/Abu-Garcia 4500C/4600C with Rattle Traps and Poe’s RC 1s and 3s. It destroyed my arm after a couple of years to the point where I was only able to use spinning gear. Megabass and Evergreen allowed me to use light casting tackle again. Pitchin’ and flippin’ also were acceptable because of the different arm extension.
