both are casting rods,
if you have both which of the two is the better of the two?
Can you speak on Pros and Cons of both thanks?

893- excellent feel- 3/8 oz is the sweetspot zone. Jigs, Texas rigs and weightless plastics

873- good feel- 3/8 a 5/8 is the sweet spot range. Good for any bottom contact. More powerful than the 893 but not as powerful as the 894.

The 873 gives you more vertsatility with the fast action vs xf of the 893. For the ultimate 3/8 oz bait rod get the 893. For more use and versatily as long as bit power get the 873.

873 is much nicer, more power and action is perfect for flipping 3/8 to 1/2oz.

I have both the 893 has a 2020 metainium xg and is the best 1/4 oz jig rod i ever used

The 873 has a metainium mgl hg i love it for 10" power worms and tx rigs with 1/4 oz weights but can also fish 1/4oz to 1/2oz jigs + trailer

I also have a nrx 843 with a steez sv tw sh. I can do a lot with it. Its a awesome junk rod but almost impossible to find anymore
