my favorite all around spinning round is my phenix umbx 706m, though i have several other spinning rods. this rod, as the name is a reference to, is 7'6". they also have a 7' medium and a 7' light rod. those would definitely fit the bill.

In my book doesn’t get any better than daiwa steez ags STZ701MLFSA-AGS with exist lt 3000. From ned rig to shakey head . Balance , sensitive, weight and most important how versatile is this rod . I have three of them and will buy at least two more to cover everything what I need .

Can I ask why all ML and not M in the same series? I would expect usually M is a bit more versatile than ML unless little to no grass...Gregbassoholic wrote: ↑Mon Jul 20, 2020 6:02 amIn my book doesn’t get any better than daiwa steez ags STZ701MLFSA-AGS with exist lt 3000. I agree. This one is awesome. Taking pre-orders now for the next round...

Because M power will be too much rod for most lures / weight I use .StymoDe wrote: ↑Mon Jul 20, 2020 8:09 amCan I ask why all ML and not M in the same series? Simple answer, for me, at least....I dont use spinning gear at all, except in the salt.
Try not to let your mind wander. It is much too small to be outside unsupervised.

6'8" Tatula medium, with a Tatula LT 3000 shallow spool reel. Super light, sensitive, and balanced.

I've actually used my all around spinning rod the most of all my rods this year...
Megabass Jade Python SB w/Stella 2500
Pitching small jigs, small cranks, small jerkbaits, spoons, and even trolled up a few walleyes!

I was pitching a little jig to a rock wall. 50' above water level and 30' deep..just looking for a smallie to play. This is my biggest walleye to date, and my first since moving to MN.
