Hello everyone I need rod for catch giant snakehead.main lure is buzzbait(23 g.) I don’t care about sensitivity but main object is light weight strenght and power lift.
now l have 3 rods in my heart please help me for choose it.

2.St.croix legend xtreme model 2020

if u don't care about sensitivity then y'd u pick some of the most sensitive rods on the planet . might as well add poison ultima, luxxe oltre, and steez racing design into the mix as well

i cant speak to the number 3 rod

but weight wise the x ray is probably going to be a lighter rod

there is alot of handle weight in the st croix, great rod, balance is spot on, so it doesnt feel like it weighs what it does
biggest thing is that handle i didnt like going back and forth to it with other rods

The fast and extra fast action rods aren’t the best to fish buzzbaits and to keep pressure on the fish when fighting.

Maybe something more like the Super Stallion GT/RS is more adequate for your purpose.
