Yeh, seems like they have taken too much acid before wrapping :D

I'm rebuilding a 1990's fibreglass baitcast rod - just spaced out the guides, might Zig zag them...

My first spiral wrapped rod was a Major Craft N-One BF, which has served me very well and made me prefer spiral wrapped rods. Since then, I have had 3 customs rods build with a spiral wrap.
However, I still fish standard wrapped rods.

We would love to see a video of the casting performance afterwards. Should be entertaining. ;-)

Casting performance could be put out by so many factors, however rebuilt the rod and completely forgot about it (Zig Zag) however can see the constant contact with line and rod benefit - casting shouldn't be an issue...

It keeps being touted on IG in the Japanese scene so hasn't disappeared just yet - if it's still around its for a reason.

Nice that you found it funny! I thought maybe there's some language issue and I didn't put my words correctly. I'm not very good in english :)

Your English writing skills were applied just fine, we may have just missed your wry sense of humor the first time around.
