New rod advice - MH Solid Tip
I'm looking for another true medium heavy solid tip stick as a sidekick for my Leben Torque Tune. Hoping you guys can throw some options my way. JDM preferred.....
Re: New rod advice - MH Solid Tip
Not much help but the Jackall BPM M+ST is the only one I have 1st hand experience with. It's a MH with a solid tip that has the blank rolled onto it rather than grafted on later. The M+ is from the drop in power from the XF solid tip. I like it for Texas rigs and power drop shots. It's a 1st gen BPM and it's a nice looking rod but tip heavy even with a T3 MX on it and I lost one guide when an insert shattered. They're sub $200 rods to your door IMO.
