Lews tournament pro vs core 100mg7

Reels are the hottest topic for TackleTour. Everyone wants to know what the latest and greatest is and how they compare to the old guard. What's the best for light stuff, or what's your suggestion for heavy cover. Do we really need different retrieve ratios? It's all in here.

Depends on if you have the money. If you could spare the $ then i'd go all Cores, they are superior reels. I'd go 50mg7 for the 803C + Z-bone and 100mg7 for the 853C.

Lew's are great reels for the money, however I would hands down pick the Core over the Lews especially the 100mg7 is an awesome reel and if you can get them for $300 a piece do it. They are not the lightest or smallest mg reels, but they are one the most powerful if not the most powerful 7:1 gear ratio reel that I have owned or used.

Is this a serious question?
You brought nrx's and a zbone and you have budget for three cores?
My only suggestion would be, pick the reel that is best for the technique your going use it for.

I have a stock core mg7 paired with a 6'9" medhvy cumara that I use to pitch baby mad pacas with an 1/8oz
Tungsten weight. Very effective
