Smoothest Baitcaster

Reels are the hottest topic for TackleTour. Everyone wants to know what the latest and greatest is and how they compare to the old guard. What's the best for light stuff, or what's your suggestion for heavy cover. Do we really need different retrieve ratios? It's all in here.

Currently my Ch100D7... Smoother than my Antares AR.

Yet miss the smoothness of my Z2020 once it was well broke in.

I agree. Everything else, including the 14 Conquest are not as smooth as the Antares, IMHO.

Calcutta Conquest, the gearing turned resistance into butter, super smooth and when hooked up it's hard to feel and pull back from the fish. The best IMO.
