Thank you!

Thanks in advance!
I have the spool but so far I have only used it with 1/8-1/4 oz lures for which it works great. Below 1/8 oz I do not know...will try next week or so...

I only see they have Steez 34mm version deep spool.

I assume deep spool is not that popular as BFS one in market.

Do there make a deep zillion-size spool? I'd appreciate a link if so, thanks!

Just want to pass on thanks to those who replied and influenced my decision to purchase the spool. Finally got the colour I wanted which according to seller, was limited in stock. I also purchased a new rod to for it.

Here are a couple of pictures:

Can I directly spool 6lb braid on it without mono backing?

I have the Black Max 3 10 gram spool for the lulz and it is an awesome budget UL performer, admittedly I had to change out the stock bearings on the spool and palming plate of the BM3 UL BFS. There was too much resistance in the bearings and once opened up I was able to increase mag braking. Linear mag braking really works for UL baits. I'm curious as to how a 6 gram mesh spools performs in a STX or something.

The seller markets the spools for LT/AE74/DEEZ - which other Revos do they work with ? - STX ? - which Gen ?

There a number of momo spools for gen 3 Abu low pro reels. There is a SX spool but it is not what is pictured above.

And a Black Max 3 spool which I have and I like it a lot. Does UL baits better than the Haibo Smart 50.

Between those 3 spools most gen 3 Abu low pros should be covered. Stock bearings are questionable at best and would be need to be flushed or replaced.

Good stuff. I would probably already own a similar setup, not sure about a rod though. Never really looked into it or took it far enough to find out where to order one, then I always back out at the end. Every year I tell myself I need an UL BFS setup or at least an UL spinning setup.

I've changing my setup torward BFS due to the fact most of whitewater fishes in my area are mostly 1.5kg/3.3lbs and below (hampala, masheer), average are about 1lb. It's also easier to cast whole day with light setup while doing river trekking

Anyone temped by the casting Kuying Teton SUL Super Ultra Light? Looks like back handed casting, stream lurking UL casting fun. Too bad I don't have trout filed streams where I live. :crying:

I have the 6' UL casting model and it will already cast lighter lures then my thumb can control, I don't think I could do much with an even lighter casting rod.

I picked it up on a bit of a whim but I like it enough that I want to pick up an Airy Red so it has a reel of it's own. Currently I swap a DIY spool into my PX68 when I want to use it.

I don't know if you have any white perch where you are, but they are a blast on the UL, I can only imagine it would be even more so on an even lighter rod.

Satin finish Pixy spools are out. I know one of you was holding out for satin red Pixy spool.

Also, some aliexpress seller is selling $129 T3 MX brand new. Not sure it that is a good deal or if the market is really that bad for T3s.
