Is anyone upgrading bearings on sv spools

Like the title says are any of you guys upgrading your bearings on the sv diawas? I recently got a sv steez that was used and a sv 103 I have a half a season on. Love them both but just wandering if upgraded bearings would be really beneficial on these. I know that the zpi bearings that Ian put in my mgx made a big difference. Thanks

The Zpi Sic's are a great bearing. As for upgrading any bearings that's totally up to you. If you can afford to do it then why not,right. I upgrade all my bearings because I like to tinker with stuff. Plus if there's a chance for making the reel even better then I'm all for it.

I haven't found a need to upgrade them. I actually have removed a lot of my Boca OS bearings because I have grown to hate the excessive noise.

i just recently swapped out the bearings on my 2 alphas sv's. i put HH bfs air bearings in one and HH air bearings in the other. i haven't had enough time to really test them out yet though!

I tried putting the Bocas OS Abec 7 in my Zillion SV TWS and it decreased my casting distance about 5 yards.

Yes, I run HH Air bearing on all my SV spools.
I figured that they come with ol' stock SS bearings, so, why not upgrade?
