TD SOL TW SV

Reels are the hottest topic for TackleTour. Everyone wants to know what the latest and greatest is and how they compare to the old guard. What's the best for light stuff, or what's your suggestion for heavy cover. Do we really need different retrieve ratios? It's all in here.

TD SOL TW SV

Just in case you thought there weren't enough Tatula variants. This 'sol' is based off the Tat CT SV unlike the previous Tat 100 based sol II. Pic below shows the reel with a non stock colored SV spool. I think this hints to Tatula SV spools being made available for sale without buying a whole Tatula SV along with the other color parts or at least just really well done color coded factory option.

Might just be purchasing my 1st Tat! I hope you're right about the spool, being Slp is bringing colored versions for us to play with.

Not sure on pricing yet, but be prepared for Australian prices. Even with a good exchange rate, it could be a costly exercise.

I like that purple cast control cap. Would love to buy one of those and a purple lock plate for a Zillion SV TW. I have a feeling they will either bring the 9.1 over to USDM before long or release an 8 speed Zillion SV TW. I think something in the 33" retrieve range would be nice.

They have now hit the Ozzie market. $AU500. Pricey, but that will come down.

Not an expert, however, G1 spool from Japanese Zillion SV TW 1016SV and palm side plate are interchangeable with Aussie Sol. Slightly different gear ratios, cant omment on compatability. Already being sold at discounted prices.

Can anyone who has seen one in person confirm if the purple parts come stock on the reel? I'm thinking not, but if not, then is this the same as the SLP Works 1016SV spool? And where did the purple cc cap come from?:-k
Try not to let your mind wander. It is much too small to be outside unsupervised.

ugly star drag and handle ruin everything. With a diy star drag in orange and an i'ze factory carbon handle this thing would look noiiice, tho
