I've only seen it occur after saltwater did what it does best

Same thing with my Australian delivered Aldebaran 50. No side plate gap, fit is excellent. Waiting on a reply from local reps

Things like that only happen on the "junk" reels doesn't it??

Of course, I'm just kidding. I'm neither snob or cheapskate, I use whatever.

I came across your videos a couple of weeks ago. When I heard you mention TT, I figured you must be a member so I subscribed.

Just receive my XG version and the outside dial is just fine. Bantum 1 has said if it is tight, just keep moving it with force and it will loosen up. He also said not to oil it.

A few days ago at Academy I felt one (and another sporting good store), showed one of the fishing section guys, and he took a key out of his pocket and put mega torque on it, freed up instantly, kind of clawed up the plastic a tiny bit, but oh well. I would have probably went more gentle, but either way he got it to work.
