Just picked up a SS SV 105XH and I've got few questions. Has anyone tried the spool in a TDZ 105 flip/pitch reel? What about a 105 gigas spool in the SS SV? Is this purple spool the same as the steez sv105 purple spool?
If you have tried these combos, what did you think? Looking to pitch up to 5/8 jigs.

The 105xh spool should do well with 5/8 jigs. You can turn the mag dial way down with the SS spool in a TDZ. The TDZ spools are wild in a SS SV.
Try not to let your mind wander. It is much too small to be outside unsupervised.
