Steez ltd sv tw

Reels are the hottest topic for TackleTour. Everyone wants to know what the latest and greatest is and how they compare to the old guard. What's the best for light stuff, or what's your suggestion for heavy cover. Do we really need different retrieve ratios? It's all in here.

While I cannot know what he means, I note that Digitaka has it at 63.000 JPY
https://www.digitaka.com/list.php?maker ... +LTD+SV+TW
As always, the reels are sold below suggested retail price...

Correct. People were looking at recommended retail, it is already advertised 10% below that

Do you guys think the SV BOOST spool will fit into Steez SV TW or any other Daiwa reel using 34mm SV spools?

That vid for pic 4 all but confirms that a non linear spring is SV Boost. He clearly pulls the inductor up to a point then exerts more effort to fully compress the spring and extend the inductor into the most outward position. I may have to get this one or that spool and to complete my collection of Steez LTDs. I haven't bought a high end reel in a while.

Hard to say. Depends on the rotor I suppose. The bigger question is if it will perform correctly.

I’m an enthusiast junkie, but I don’t know if I am willing to spend $600+ on this since it looks like it’s on the SV TW frame and it’s around $450 for the CT.

I wonder how much the new Zillion will cannibalize the sales of this reel.

Not one bit I don't think. Its a limited production reel for collectors. I would also expect to see the SV Boost make its way into all SV Daiwas at some point. Probably after they sell the spool as an SLP Works product 1st.
