Re: Bass Pro xps fc
The 1000 yd spool of the new version I received, 12 lb test, is level wound on a large/wide cylinder, not the narrow, deep cylinder the old fluoro came on.
Re: Bass Pro xps fc
So its the same just level wound?

I don't know. I haven't tried it yet.

I looked at the package of BPS fluoro - it says - Made in Japan. Anyone knows who makes the line for them?
I used to heard rumor, it was made by Toray.

I actually switched over to sniper after yrs of using xps. the xps just had too much memory to my liking and the sniper feels more sensitive but I agree with what everyone has said in terms of bang for buck. great line for $10. definitely a sleeper
bought a few sniper when overton's had it for $15.

Seaguar now makes the XPS fluoro.

Bought 6 spools of the KVD version. 2 6lb, 2 12, 2 14. We'll see how it goes. For that price seemed like a bargain.
