I just purchased a Boomarang cutter, my buddy has one and it cuts anything and everything so I had to get my own!

Another vote for the boomerang snip. And the lighted one is even better!

The Daiwa Braided Line Cutter is the BEST. I have a Boomerang and I like the convenience, but it doesn't cut braid like the Daiwa scissors do. You don't even need to apply tension or keep the braid taut to cut it. You can very easily shear off the fuzzy frayed edges of braid with a simple snip. Hands down the best.

Fiskars children's safety scissors...

Best I have used, cheap and I can buy 3-4 pair at at time, if I lose a pair then its only a few bucks.

Like the Boomerang. Mine lasted about 3 years b4 the blades wore down. Ordered another from TW that didn't make the cut. I got in touch with Boomerang and received a replacement in a couple of days.
YMMV
