YoZuri SuperBraid 8
YoZuri SuperBraid 8
Anyone tried out SuperBraid 8? Appears to be only available at BPS/Cabelas for this year.

What caught my eye was the Camo coloring and the 40lb line being thinner than same J-Braid Grand 8.

I've been using 10 lb on a stradic 3000 for inshore saltwater , I really like it. Can't go wrong for the price.

Just got off the lake ... lays on the spool well, no wind knots, holds a knot ... a fish or two would have been nice

Wow, that's a great price. Made of the same fibers that comes in J-Braid Grand 8.
slip bobbing is the laziest way to fish
Re: YoZuri SuperBraid 8
Bought the 15lb, 20lb and 40lb when it was on sale for like 6 bucks and used for a few months.
The coating fades overtime, it's still camo, but not how looks brand new. The braid is very smooth, like a great budget option vs J-Braid Grand. I've had issues with FG Knots slipping due to the smoothness. I've also been having drag slipping issues with it on spinning reels even with mono backing.
Have not had any breakage issues compare to my experience with J-Braid Grand.

Great line that can't be beat for 10 bucks!
