Best Deal on DT's

Post by fishballer06 » Mon Sep 22, 2014 2:01 am

I need to restock on some DT's. Mainly 4's and 6's. Does anyone know who has them the cheapest, or a hookup on them? I'm looking to buy quite a few of them, so I'm looking for the best deal. Cheapest I'm finding them is around the $6.49-6.79 mark. Let me know if you guys know of a better deal.

I cruise the BBC lures section. I picked up a wad of DT-4's a few months ago new in the box for $3.50ea shipped. When the DT's pop up for sale they are usually $4.50-$5 which is a decent savings over regular retail.

I have some DT4s I have been trying to get rid of on BBC and no takers. Don't have enough posts on here yet to sell

New in Box... DT4s in Regal Shad and Chartreuse Purple Shiner... a couple of each, can't remember exactly how many.
I will get a count later on today after I get home from work.

Forgive my ignorance, what is BBC? I ask because I assume you're not speaking of the British Broadcasting Channel, but rather a bass fishing forum.

Now, with that said, do you like your DTs in rivers for bass?

BBC is Bass Boat Central, googling it may come up with some other lewd results though

I prefer mine in clear water. Since they are silent a Strike King bait produces better for me in murky water. Clear lakes or rivers though I like to use a DT. That wood has its own wobble. The DT-4 and DT-6 in Hot Mustard, Baby Bass, Oliver Shiner, and Ikes Smash are my go to baits in clear lakes. I prefer to bounce them off the bottom or rip them through grass.

This is exactly what I've been looking for, thanks for sharing!

Had this happen over the weekend on my beloved Perch color, whenever the fish were on a Perch pattern :(
