I picked one up yesterday and got to get it wet real quick. First impression is that it is a lot of bait for $20. The paint schemes are nice and appears to be of good quality. The joints are a bit large, but for $20 it is very nice. Hooks could be better, but would hold any sub 10 pounder no problem.
Cast- tumbles in a spiral, but was getting good distance. I was casting on XH rated to 2oz so I was only using a soft lob cast.
Action- Very aggressive S pattern that looks fairly natural. The bait sinks fairly quick and runs 3-5 feet at a slower pace. I had it on an IP79 and it would wake at high speed. Falls horizontally and sits on the belly.
Color- the flake flake kabuki gill is killer. Solid orange belly blends to a cool gill pattern. The top of the head is a bright chartreuse that you can track from 15 yards out.

Nice bait, I am hoping that they come out with a Chartreuse Shad color.

I just saw these not too long ago and I thought they looked pretty good. I was on a dedicated swimbait forum the other day and there was a thread about em and Matt from MattLures said he was not impressed with it from a video he watched. However, I've read stuff that said they've been catching fish on em in Japan for a while now. I thinks it's been well proven tho that LC knows how to make a good hard bait. With as good as they look and for only $20 I do believe I'm gonna give one a shot. I'd be interested to hear how it goes once you get to fish it some more.
