Can anybody name this lure part 2

Hey everybody
Having trouble naming this lure...lets see how quick this one gets ID'd!
Hooks r not stock, and as a slight hint there is a wire through constructed lip and massive bubble eyes.
Thanks let's see if this gets settled as quickly as my last!

Reminds me of a Lunkerhunt Mosquito but I don't think it is.

All very good answers and nowhere close to where I would have started looking.
I think the answer on this is lunkerhunt mosquito ; did a search and is an exact colour match .
All suggestions were appreciated and very accurate based off of my crummy pic.
Thanks for the help, and most likely more soon to come! Lol
