Sammy 108
Anyone throwing the Sammy 108? Looking at it for use in rougher conditions due to the way it appears to sit more horizontal on the surface. Also wondering how loud it is. Can compare to a normal Sammy. Please let me know your thoughts on this. Thanks.

I have a few of them that I use regularly. They are the SW versions with the stainless hooks. They walk well(though not quite as easily as the next size up) and catch fish for me.JBcrankaddict wrote: ↑Thu Jul 16, 2020 9:07 amAnyone throwing the Sammy 108? Try not to let your mind wander. It is much too small to be outside unsupervised.

Thanks Tim! How would you compare the sound to a normal Sammy or Spook? Any idea what type of rattle(single knocker, multi BB rattle, glass/steel mix)? I was let down with the Sammy 100 as I thought it would be much louder than it is, which is why I ask.hoohoorjoo wrote: ↑Sun Jul 19, 2020 3:06 pmI have a few of them that I use regularly. Re: Sammy 108
It sounds like small bb's, likely stainless balls. It's not as loud as, say a spro top dawg(my fave) or a one knocker spook, but its louder than the rattles in a gunfish, for sure.

Btw, the bone color is my best fish catcher.

Thanks, guess I’ll add one to the order to try out. Bone it is! They also re-released the 105 1knocker....
