i think that says alot right there, that a "reel enthusiast" sold all of his high dollar lo pros for more stxs.

it says a heck of a lot.

:D Yes,and if you ever want to buy a really good used reel. buy one of DRs. He knows how to supertune them in the first place and take care of them in the second place.

It does say a heck of a lot, especially coming from a guy like D.R!

The STX is a full on casting machine. I was on the water for about 6 hours today casting and pitching 1/8oz and 3/16oz weighted T-rigs and the STX can handle these with ease. I just cannot say enough of about the Revo's ability to handle everything you throw at it.

After casting Frogpond11's REVO STX...I'm selling a Chronarch 100B and I've already sold a Curado 100D for a Revo STX - HS and an STX regular speed...

I can't wait to get them...

Is everyone casting 1/8 and 3/16 oz lures with ultralight line, or 30-40 lb braid (8-10 dia. lines)??

No, but everyone does seem to want to compare this $200 reel to $500 reels, though.
