I love mine man. I actually have an older one...its the 150P, (5.1:1 GR). They cast a mile, hold a ton of line, and still are pretty light. Smooth as silk too. At the price Cabela's had them for, and if you find a few on ebay for good prices, they are definately worth every penny.

Have one (153 HST) and will probably get the 153 HSTA. Good reels!

It's a nice reel. I have a lefty. I use it on my Premier 7'MHF with 50 lb. PP and use it for frogs and swimming jigs. I'm not sure if you know this but it was a TT best value.

My error. I'm sure it'll be a great reel for you.

I have six of the TDA's and love them as just a plain workhorse reel...for the money I'm not sure there's a better reel out there...they cast heavier line better and fit my hand better than my QEnerygy and Revo Sx's.
get the Hst's if you can they are the smoothest. Also check out the Black Widow version they are a great buy for the money.

I like mine for frogs. It has the best brake out there, but I can't cast as light of lures as my Daiwa HSDL.
