Gimme some tight wiggle baby!

Post by kenshomi » Tue Sep 18, 2007 5:09 pm

It's smallie crank season - and I am looking to flushout my 8-15 FOW cranking duties. I like both Fat Free Shads and the Flat side DT's from Rapala, both with custom. paint jobs by me. I use RC 1.5 and RC 1.5 DD for shallower depths.

Those Flicker Shads flat out catch fish......they aren't really exciting or very pretty, but they are designed very well and catch everything from walleye and crappie to bass.

I just picked up a Lucky Craft US Shad65 and I think it is going to do a similar number.......it's the closest thing I've seen to a Shad Rap type of lure from them.
