Crawford knot for fluorocarbon?

Post by dustlane » Thu Sep 27, 2007 9:42 pm

Have any of you guys used this knot with fluorocarbon? How does it hold up compared to, say, a San Diego jam knot? I use the Crawford exclusively with mono and braid and love it for those. But fluorocarbon is whole different ballgame.

Well I saw my friend tie one a couple of times, he said it was a real good knot, and I well, well, my eyes glazed over as he showed me this. I didn't yawn but I felt like it. Its like pearl before swine. You asked.

It's all I've used on fluro(and any other type too) for the last 5 or 6 years. It's the best IMO.
