You know? I was thinking of buying a Shimano Stradic 2500MgFA off Ebay because they're quite a bit cheaper than retail, but I wonder if the sellers work for larger chain stores and sell the reels cheap because they were returns. Flawed from the factory. They're still "NIB". Although it's not illegle it still would be an unethical practice nontheless. Just my 2¢

I have got a LOT of high end reels for Japan sellers and they have all been GREAT. Keep in mind most reels from Japan are different than the one sold in the USA. From my experience expect ALL Diawa reels to be DRY(worm gear) when you get them.
