Maybe someone can help me out here but I am finding it difficult to understand how both a Big Bite tube jig in 3/16th size is smaller than the SK tube jig in 3/16th size. Anyone have an idea? The SK looks like 1/4 oz or something.... the Big Bite looks about right..

I did some comparisons last night with my scale..

the bite me jigs weight came to .14oz... the SK jigs came to .20oz and i also tried the VMC tube jigs and they weighed .16oz.

All 3 say 3/16th on the package.. SK looks much heavier than the others and as you can tell, is. The 1/8th sized tube jigs all weighed about the same slight differences but nothing you will really notice too much. Beware when purchasing!

If anyone cares, i emailed SK about this. I think its a major issue that there weight is much heavier than everyone elses.. maybe its just the hook that is making it heavier but still.

Things like this drive me nuts sometimes. In my last tackle order I had a bag of 4" tubes that were really 3.5" and some 6" Berkley Slim Shad Swimbaits that are literally 7.5" long...

Posted this on BBC and got some help along with a few lashes...

A 3/16th jig should be .1875 oz. Looks like the SK jigs are weighing .20 on my scale. Big Bites weighing .14 and VMC .16 oz.

Seems the Big bite and VMC are well under weight, the SK's are slightly over...
