Favorite finesse jig trailers

Jig it, spin it, buzz it, if it's got a wire or a lead head, it can and will be discussed in here.

These are some of the best. I like leaving them long though, even though it doesn't quite look right it works well. I have also used the 3.5" Biffle Bug with decent success.

For very small jigs, a Cross Tail Shad makes an interesting trailer. I did it the first time out of desperation, but it has a nice wiggle when hopped and moves in almost any current.

I recently discovered the Zoom Z Craw Jr. They are very slim and have good claws. I trim them down a little and use them on little 3/16 oz finesse jigs.

I just picked up one of those tiny keitech guard spin jigs in 1/8oz. Thing is really tiny, not sure what to put on the back of it. Even TRD Craw is too big (it's bigger than the jig itself). Maybe the last 2" of a straight tail worm

Strike King 3X ElazTech Denny Brauer Bitsy Chunk. Never really cared for the ElazTech stuff, except for jig trailers. Last forever and highly buoyant.
Does the Elaztech plastic react with jig skirts like it does other plastic baits?

I've never had it react with standard silicone skirt material. I've even had the same trailer on a jig for an entire week fishing up in Minnesota on vacation. I've never used it with rubber skirting material.

That’s what I was hoping. I had avoided using Elaztech baits with jigs for fear of them melting together.
