Nice list, I use mostly handpours so this list sure could help. I'm looking for a pitchin bait (beaver or craw) who's and what baits do you like?

There's quite a few out there that do great work. Most, if not all, make a bait similar to what you're looking for. That's a great list indeed, I'm happy to see we made it on there. Congrats to all that made the list!

To Cjtoad - I've had a great time flipping and pitching the Next Level Lures crawbug and Jak's punch craw, both do a great job and are very durable. There are a ton of beaver style baits that I've found to be good but that is what I'm using at the moment and it is by far the best.

To NextLevelLures - How is the action of the x tail shad? I really wanna buy 10 packs of these they to fill another drop shot box, they look like a jackall crosstail shad but at a fraction of the price. \:D/

M.O.

The action is absolutely comparable to the crosstail. They are soft, yet durable, and the clarity of the bait is much "richer" because we don't impregnate them with salt. They do float, making them ride nice on the drop-shot. The "quiver" that made the bait popular is, in my opinion, even more noticeable in our hand-poured version. It's hard to answer this question from an unbiased standpoint, but I stand by them 100%. It's my go-to drop shot, along with the "Lil' Betty" when I want something a tad longer. By far our #1 seller this year thus far. Thank you for the kind words.

Tight Lines all!

Alright, thanks man, I'm gonna have to make a big order pretty soon, I never liked the colors or the stiffness of the crosstail but yours seem to be much better. Lovin' the look of those line throughs as well.

Tight lines.

Best 4 to 5" flukebait, anyone? I had been using the Creekcritter's jerkbait, but they folded this spring. I just got some Bearpaws 4.25" and 5.5" and there nice, but I need something more durable for smallies (two fish per baits not enough on a fast moving river no time to rerig.)

Just thought I would poke my head in and say hi. I was reviewing my site stats today and found several links from this post so I joined up. Not sure how I got on the list but thank you for listing me.

Nice list Mossy Oak. One site I've been ordering from is http://dichosobaits.com. Good selection of colors, baits and he'll also alter the plastic formula for you to suit your needs (more salt, less salt or no salt).
