One thing I’ve found is that lily pads are strong. I’ve had one catch and hold my 1oz tungsten weight. When that happens I don’t increase my weight I decrease it. I’ve found this to be exceptionally a good technique and I’m able to get through the gaps in the junk that I am pitching Flippin or punching.
My favorite lure is the net bait pacca slim.
I’ve had lures hang up because of their appendages but not the pacca craw.
